Victoria Gallagher-White
Hi, Most people call me Vicky. I have over 20 years of experience in the Care industry and have worked as a carer, field care supervisor and a CQC Registered Manager in both Domicilliary Care and Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities. I have a Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma in Health and Social Care and also hold a level 2 qualification in British Sign Language
I decided to start my own business in October 2021 as a micro-care provider when the company I was working for decided to give notice to all their clients they were supporting in the Purbecks

HI I'm Zoe, I joined PPA in July 2023
I have many years of care experience and has worked in care homes and in a Domiciliary care setting for many years
Previously I worked as a baker and now enjoys using these skills to make freshly prepared cakes and scones for some of our clients.
I also assist with Client Rotas and Carer schedules and am learning more about the admin side of the business, to allow me more time to focus on my family

Hi, my is Name Maciej, but I am normally introduced as ”Magic” I am from Poland but have been living in England for over fifteen years. I have experience of caring for elderly people, having worked in both Care Homes and Home Care in and the around the Purbecks.
My other passions in life are Football and driving my car.

Hi, My name is Tam. I joined PPA in October 2023. I've been doing care for 20 Years and have a NVQ 3 in health and Social Care. I also studied Biological Sciences at Bournemouth Uni. I used to teach Health and Social Care and specialise in infectious diseases, parasites and skin integrity.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, reading and relaxing in my hot tub

HI I'm Jess, I joined the company in December 2022 soon after my son started school.
I have been provided with hands on training and was not left to lone work until I was fully confident. Our clients often describe me as a duplicate of Victoria, not surprising as she was my mentor and guide to working in the Care sector. I am working towards my Care Certificate via e -learning and Webinar training, as well as on the job support and mentoring from Victoria and our Senior Carers

I have been working in the care industry for over 25 years and held many different roles including supporting young adults and children with severe complex needs, working in a children's home with clients who had severe challenging behaviours.
